The location is great, the beds were good, and the front desk representative was cheerful and welcoming. However, the front desk could not locate our reservation and told us we needed to call; after frustrating attempts to contact and the front desk representative helping several other customers, she eventually realized she had our reservation printed out. Then our key card did not work, so we had to go back down for another one and nearly left without being given the new room number assigned to the key card. The representative apologized. Our room had the previous lodger's key cards left in front of the TV along with a bottle cap on the bathroom counter, and the cleaning was definitely unfinished; the beds were made. We were exhausted and kept the room, but we would not choose this hotel again.
