The place was spotless, in a great spot, breakfast tasty. The only downside was no elevator.

We spent a weekend night with my husband in Lastarria, and the hotel’s proximity to everything we liked was the best part: it’s very close to all the shops, restaurants, and the walk‑around vibe of the neighborhood, perfect for strolling, dining, and enjoying the area on foot. The room was pretty, well lit, and very quiet; even though the area is lively, we didn’t hear any street noise, so we slept well. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay. It’s a good pick if you want a cozy, well‑located spot for a short trip in Santiago. We came from Saturday to Sunday, paid $100.000 for the night, and the experience didn’t justify the price. Parking was the worst: the website said paid parking was $12 USD per day, but the hotel has no parking of its own; it only recommends a front‑side lot with limited hours that charges per session. On Sunday we tried to leave early but couldn’t because the parking didn’t open until 10:30, which isn’t mentioned anywhere. We ended up paying $20.000 for parking for a single night. It also wasn’t mentioned that the hotel has no elevator, and I was pregnant, so I had to climb three flights of stairs. The room had several maintenance issues: the bed wasn’t secured and kept moving, the faucet only gave warm or hot water, there were hairs on the bathroom floor upon arrival, a lot of limescale, and the shower door knob was loose. There was no desk; the only table was under the TV and the chair didn’t fit. For the price, it’s surprising there was no complimentary water or coffee in the room. The breakfast, advertised as continental, was very poor: a plastic pot of yogurt and granola, a bowl with a single egg, a glass of juice, and a cup of coffee. Given what’s offered, I wouldn’t pay more than $50.000 for the night. We won’t be back.

The area is a bustling neighborhood with a great vibe, and the hotel itself is very comfortable.
