“Hôtel confortable bien situé à côté de la gare Termini”

The hotel sits right next to the train station, and the staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, so I’d recommend it for a short stay in Rome. On the downside, the bathroom is tiny and the shower isn’t very practical. The room faced an inner courtyard that I think is a restaurant’s back yard, so until midnight there were clatter of dishes and people talking, but after midnight it was very quiet.

Every day they cleaned the room and brought us water bottles.

The staff are amazing, very helpful and available. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows and blanket. The location is fantastic, close to the termini train station and many restaurants.

I really liked the location, very close to Termini train station, near the city centre and surrounded by many restaurants. The facilities are a bit old. There’s an elevator, which is great for an old building, but it’s too small for someone who is bigger.

“Personal amable pero instalaciones deficientes.”

La ubicación estaba bien y el personal amable. Nos pusieron agua de cortesía. Fuimos dos parejas, la otra habitación estaba mejor. La nuestra tenía la puerta de la ducha rota y pegada con cinta, no cerraba bien, no tenía telefonillo la ducha, el colchón demasiado blando y la habitación estaba muy descuidada. Además, le pedimos un taxi para la vuelta al responsable del hotel, y nos pilló de novatos y nos cobró 80 euros. Ese servicio cuesta de forma regular 55 euros, en lugar de hacer descuento por ir de parte del hotel se llevó una comisión. Además, en nuestro caso, la habitación siendo los mismos días que la otra pareja nos costó bastante más cara al reservar más tarde
