The place was clean and conveniently located, but the staff attitude left me uneasy. When I asked for a iron, the front desk told me to fetch it myself, then insisted I return it afterward, which felt like they suspected me of stealing. I also lost a beach towel I’d been given; at checkout I explained this honestly, yet they immediately demanded payment instead of offering a gesture. After a lengthy discussion they only slightly reduced the price, and I still had to pay. I understand it was my mistake, but the lack of flexibility and customer‑service empathy was disappointing, especially since I’d booked two extra activities through the hotel.
