I stayed close to the railway station and found the room comfortable, though it was a bit noisy.
The structure was impeccably clean, and Vincenzo was very professional and friendly.
“A very good and clean accommodation located next to the railway station and the city center”
The accommodation was very good, clean, and located next to the railway station and city center, with all necessary equipment. A bottle of local white wine and a couple of bottles of water in the fridge were a pleasant surprise. The owner was friendly and always available via WhatsApp, and there was a small, cozy garden. The electronic key was only available after submitting personal data required for police registration, and linking the key to the registration felt odd since they’re not really connected. It was also unclear from the description that the kitchen and fridge are shared between the two apartments in the house; fortunately the second apartment was unoccupied during our stay. The nearby area looked quite dark and empty at night.
“Decent stay in Pescara”
The location was great, right near the city center, train station, and beaches, but the smell of mold in every room, bathroom, kitchen, and living room was unpleasant.
The place was very clean throughout our stay, with one cleaning and a change of linens. The owner was in constant contact. Upon arrival, water and a bottle of wine were waiting in the fridge. The location was excellent for a 15‑minute walk to the beach. However, there was no air conditioning in the kitchen, and the description did not clearly state that the kitchen is shared. The building is on a street that brings a lot of traffic noise, so earplugs are recommended.
