Overall the property was fine, except we received a stinking room with fan noise and a broken lock; I had to call the receptionist repeatedly for basic toiletries. After complaining, a better room was given, but toiletries and towels arrived at night. The staff were friendly, and since the hotel is new, the room quality was acceptable.

The location was great and the rooms were comfortable, but the service could use some work. The manager should do a quality check before handing over the room to make sure the welcome kit, towels, and TV are all in order.

Hot water was available, yet the bedding was dirty and there was no ventilation; a sewage smell drifted in from outside the window, the wall was wet and unpainted, and the room didn’t match the photos. Breakfast was poor, so we skipped it, and the price we paid—2000 INR—felt like only 1000 INR worth.

This place is one of the best options for the price in the area. The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and everything needed was present. Chandrakant, in particular, assisted me from check‑in to check‑out.
