“Deludente”
The location was fine. However, I was confirmed a room with a French double bed (even with a photo), yet upon arrival I was given a single bed room. Exhausted from the trip, I didn’t check anything and slept there. The next day I told the lady I was supposed to have the double room; she asked if I had paid 60 or 80 euros a night? I told her I didn’t care how much I paid, but if the confirmation said I had paid for the double, that was what I was supposed to have. She gave me the room, blaming booking for the miscommunication, acting as if she was doing me a favour. I felt like that, and I said I wouldn’t return.
“Une très belle expérience”
We booked last minute and arrived in the middle of the night. Francesco and his wife still welcomed us very well despite the language barrier. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom and kitchen are clean. The next day we were able to admire Francesco’s paintings before heading back on the road. It was great!
“Casina deliziosa”
The lady who runs it is truly wonderful—polite, discreet, and helpful. The house radiates love, shown in its bright colors and tiny touches. I wouldn’t change a thing; it’s perfect just as it is, which is why I chose it. The outdoor patio is a quiet spot to relax outside. In the morning she brings her delicious apple cake. I’m grateful to have stayed in such a magical place for me.
