Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The young woman at reception and her colleague at breakfast were kind, and the breakfast buffet was good. The hotel’s location is just steps from restaurants. The toilet is narrow (door opens inward) and it was not clean.

The room was comfortable, quiet, and the parking was secure. The reception was very cold, with no greeting or smile, and asked for payment immediately upon arrival. The shower was cold or lukewarm, there was no TV, and on the first day breakfast had no coffee, the tea was lukewarm (the machine was broken), no bread, no fruit juice (the machine was broken and no bottled juice either). On the second day the machine had to be restarted by the receptionist each time for tea or coffee, and there was still no fruit juice. No apologies for all these inconveniences! The exterior was unkept, a bit run‑down, and not as shown in the photo. This is no longer a Kyriad. The hotel seems about to close.

It’s easy to reach, but the place is old, the room is small, and there’s no hot water.

The staff were friendly and attentive, yet the hot water took a very long time to arrive under the current restrictions, and the shower cabin had darkened tile joints, peeling paint, cracks, and loose flakes.
