Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The location is great, but the photos on the website don’t reflect the real view from the hotel; when I asked the staff, they explained that some images were taken from a drone over the surrounding area and not from the hotel itself, and the room I booked based on those pictures didn’t actually exist.

The setting and spaciousness were the best part, but some facilities lack maintenance.

The staff are quite helpful, and booking your ticket in advance is a smart move; they also provide guides for the visit, and the location is super close to the national park. However, because the hotel is near the national park, it feels a bit isolated from other popular spots like Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Canyon, so staying three nights at the same place might not be ideal. The hotel also lacks a lift, which can be a hassle for anyone with luggage. Our room was a bit worn out and had a leak when we visited, especially during the rain.
