“You can find better for the price”
The view is nice, but it’s expensive for what you get. The sheets were dirty with hair in both beds, the hot water ran out quickly, and breakfast was just nasi goreng.

The staff were responsive and the view was nice, but the room was very expensive for the level of facilities and cleanliness; definitely not worth the money.

I loved the beautiful view, yet paying almost IDR 1.800.000 for two tiny joglo rooms was a huge let‑down; we came with my husband and child hoping for peace in Sembalun and got the opposite. If you’re sensitive to motorbike noise at night, this place won’t work for you—the hotel sits right in front of a busy road and the roar of racing exhausts can be heard almost all night. We were offered breakfast for five people but didn’t take it because the only option was fried rice, which would be embarrassing for foreign guests who expect more variety. Sembalun itself is still under‑developed compared with other Lombok spots, and I hope my feedback helps improve this otherwise lovely destination.

The staff were really accommodating and helped us out with our needs, which was great. The views of the surrounding mountains from the hotel were amazing. One thing that was a bit of a letdown was the breakfast - it was just nasi goreng, and it would've been nice to have a western option as well.

The room was okay, though we didn't have hot water, which was a bit of a letdown. The staff seemed young and struggled with English, which made service and hospitality a bit of a challenge. Meals were just okay, maybe because I was the only guest and the restaurant wasn't in full swing.
