“Staff is great. Breakfast was good. Moldy room smell, disappointing - not worth the cost.”

The bed was comfortable with good sheets and pillows, and the staff were great—friendly and kept the room tidy. However, my room smelled moldy, and there were clear mold spots in the shower and water damage on the ceiling. The sink was outside the bathroom, so the moldy odor couldn’t be avoided even with the door closed. If there was a water issue, the room should have been renovated to eliminate the lingering smell. I burned a scented candle every night. I also requested an accessible room because the type I booked was only on the first floor and I didn’t feel safe alone that night. I called the front desk before arrival to say I’d check in later and asked for a higher floor; that request should have been honored. I understand the hotel was busy, which is why I couldn’t change rooms, but setting the room aside would have been a simple solution.

It was a wonderful place to stay with the lowest cost, and the hotel rooms were nice.
