Friend Zhangjiajie Hotel-Free pick-up-Free Laundry

I had a wonderful stay at Friend Zhangjiajie Hotel during my trip to Zhangjiajie. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location for visiting the local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with transportation, sightseeing advice, and any questions we had. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day exploring the mountains and scenic areas. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the smooth check-in process. The overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Free laundry and free pick up from the airport was another plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie and would happily stay here again in the future!

“Fantástico”

We had a wonderful stay at Friend Zhangjiajie Hotel! All the staff were extremely attentive and helpful, making our experience very enjoyable. We especially want to highlight Lyn Lil, who helped us buy tickets for tourist attractions and even hired a driver to take us to all the tours, greatly simplifying our trip. The hotel itself is excellent: cleanliness score 10, comfortable and well‑kept rooms. Moreover, the location is great, and next to the hotel there is an excellent restaurant with very affordable prices and first‑class service. We recommend the hotel with closed eyes to anyone who wants a comfortable, practical stay with impeccable service.

It was good. The air conditioning didn't work.

The staff answered our WhatsApp requests for tours, the breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable, but the carpet in the room had cigarette holes, the elevator was painted over, and on New Year's Day we weren’t served breakfast and no one told us.

“Normal”

The room itself and the beds were comfortable, but the constant smoking in the reception and hallways made the whole hotel smell like a cigarette shop, despite the no‑smoking signs. Breakfast was far from the Western style we were expecting. Overall, the smoking issue outweighed the good sleep.
