The place had a fantastic location, unique architecture, friendly staff, and parking was a nice bonus!

The location, room size, and courtyard were all great, and there were no complaints.

The location was fine, but privacy was only possible when all 17 curtains were shut. There was no kettle, and the staff were rude, blunt, and unapproachable—except for the night‑shift manager. The room felt tired and dated, and there were no sockets in the bedroom. We had to climb in from the bottom because we couldn’t walk around the bed, and the shower was a deep half‑tub that was hard to get into.
