“Hotel no apto para descanso.”
The hotel was under repair, construction, or works from 8 am; we were given the room directly below the cutting area, with constant hammering and noise, and we wished we had been notified upon arrival or given a room farther from the works. When we arrived, check‑in took over 30 minutes because the person at the desk seemed to be the guard and needed phone instructions that he didn’t know. The blanket on one bed was dirty with blood. The front‑desk staff were indifferent when we mentioned all the issues, giving us only a survey.
