The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed and friendly, with staff and guests from all over the world. The employees were genuinely helpful and competent, spoke English at times, and were just upbeat. Breakfast was simple, sufficient, and good; the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Nothing could be better!

This is a brilliant hotel, brand‑new, clean, beautiful, cozy, and quiet. I was checked into the 4th floor, pretty high, yet for three days I heard no sound from the surroundings, day or night! The reception is open 24 hours, the staff at the front desk are great, and breakfast is available. The airport is a 35‑minute leisurely walk away, essentially in the city itself, which is convenient for tourists. The hotel also offers organized trips to Gissar Fortress and to Iskanderkul (Iskander Lake). If I had known about this in advance, I would have gone that way. Unfortunately, I already had other plans. I strongly recommend this; there is no other way to visit Gissar and Iskanderkul, as there is no organized suburban bus service in the country.
