I liked the spot near the Palacio de Viana and the nearby blue‑zone parking, and the complimentary breakfast was great. But my room on the ground floor had a lot of dampness, and when I turned on the air‑conditioner, water dripped straight onto the extra bed.

I had told them a month in advance that one of our travelers was blind and requested a room with easy access; instead, with two floors and no elevator, they put her on the second floor, forcing her to haul the luggage up the stairs.
