The staff provided excellent service, the room was clean and the bathroom was huge, but there was noise from the next room at night; they gave us earplugs, yet I think a heads‑up would have been better.

No positives to mention. The environment, air‑conditioning and soundproofing were all lacking.

The location was handy and the bathtub was huge, but one of the lights in the room wouldn’t stay off; I didn’t bother waking staff because it was late, and only when I checked out in the morning did they tell me many guests have the same issue and that they should have posted a notice instead of waiting for complaints.

The room was spacious and nice, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the metro connection was good (for example, to visit Pier 2 or the train station); however, my room faced a street where a huge building’s air conditioner produced a constant deep, loud hum, so I could only sleep with earplugs.
