The grounds were very beautiful, with lush greenery, flowers, hammocks, pavilions, and enough barbecue spots for everyone, plus a well‑mowed lawn that made the area pleasant. Parking was available in the back yard, which was essential because there were no spots on the road outside the gates. The bathroom was clean, and the towels were fairly clean. The shared kitchen had dishes, and cleanliness was maintained. I also enjoyed the local cats and kittens – a real cat‑therapy moment. The lake shore of Світязь was only a 3‑minute walk through the modern resort area, and renting lounge chairs at the bar cost 400 UAH per pair. Walking to the central beach with its market and shops took 25–30 minutes. Unfortunately, there were technical issues with a leaking boiler; the owners said it had been repaired but the problem reoccurred, and I hope they’ll fix it permanently. It was inconvenient that the bathroom in our room was accessed not from the bedroom but via a terrace, so we had to dress around other guests. There was no soap in the bathroom, the bedroom floor looked poorly swept, and the linens had an old‑grease smell from previous guests (either not washed well or the synthetic fabric retained the odor). The tap water was discolored, so we had to buy bottled water from a nearby shop. After washing with that water, my skin itched, which might be my sensitive skin reacting. The kettle was shared among all four rooms, so I had to run to the kitchen not just for tea but for drinking water as well.
