When I checked out, I was told a receipt would be sent, and I assumed the hold on my charge card would be lifted by then, but Holiday Inn kept the hold. They didn’t explain when it would be released, so I had to call back yesterday to get it sorted. The customer service agent spoke with the general manager, who said the hold would drop in 7‑10 business days—completely unexpected.

Everything was clean and modern, and the room had a fresh scent.

The hotel was clean, modern, and the beds were comfortable; there was plenty of space for luggage, and the bathroom counter was large.
