The views were nice, but the room didn’t match the description; it was marketed as a garden view, yet we only saw a wall and a rocky patch, so we kept the privacy screen down to avoid being seen by yoga guests. We stayed two nights but couldn’t sleep because machinery—probably from the spa—was right next to the room, making it impossible to rest. As a retreat center, we expected a better sleeping environment.

My stay at Isatana was fantastic and still lingers in my mind. The steam/dry sauna, cold/hot plunge, swimming pool, LED therapy, oxygen, and cryotherapy are all included and everything is impeccably maintained. The kitchen offers the most delicious plant‑based food and you receive a free green smoothie every morning. I needed a detox and met some great people. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, bars, massage spots, and a Pilates studio. I’ll definitely return. One of the shared toilets had a strong odor, but they cleaned it daily.

The rooms and bathrooms are huge and comfortable, and the view is the best I could imagine! The climate is amazing. Yoga classes and spa are included. I also loved the hyperbaric chamber. It’s close to Blue Beach, which we always walked to. I loved everything—everything.

A very special property, peaceful and beautiful, with great facilities. I love the sauna‑cold plunge combo and the views. I’ll come back.
