We booked the Mansion Villa for a corporate retreat and were blown away by the experience. The staff at YOLO Spaces went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, from arranging a private chef to being super helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself is stunning, with plenty of space and a heated pool that was a real bonus. Plus, it's just a short walk to Clifton Beach.

The location was fantastic, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn't live up to expectations. They promised an upgrade, but what I got was a downgrade. The landlord was also super rude and had a permanent scowl on his face.

The apartment's proximity to the V&A Waterfront and other attractions was a major plus, and the views of the ocean were great too. Ashley, the helper, was fantastic - he made sure we had everything we needed and was super responsive to our requests. The downstairs pool was a highlight, with a great view and a heated pool that we spent most of our time in. If I'm being picky, the apartment could have been cleaned a bit more regularly, but overall, we had a great stay.

The interior of the apartment was beautiful, but that's where the positives ended. The apartment was filthy, with hair on the floor and couch, and a cockroach in the kitchen drawer. It was clear that the cleaning had been rushed or just not done properly. The stairs leading up to the apartment were also a nightmare. To top it all off, they had a breakage fee of R2500 that wasn't communicated until after we'd booked, which was a major hassle for our business budget.

The small apartment was beautifully decorated with high-quality interior, and the location was perfect - just a short walk to Clifton 2nd Beach. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had both a bathtub and shower. The TV was big, and the generator kicked in quickly during load shedding. All the necessary amenities were available, and the parking was convenient and safe.
