The room was clean, easy to reach, and in an excellent spot, but the air‑conditioning was noisy and slow to cool the room.

The place is spotless and in a charming location away from the bustle, yet still a very short walk from all the tourist sights, with no complaints.
I liked that the lady who received us was very friendly and kept an eye on our arrival to greet us.

The building sits in a great spot on Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore next to the basilica; the rooms are tidy and welcoming, the in‑room coffee machine and kettle were very handy, and Mrs Gemma was extremely kind—overall a fantastic stay that I recommend.
