I appreciate the lack of crowds and the peaceful vibe, plus the staff are friendly and accommodating. I also like the in‑room minibar. I would suggest adding more rooms.

The staff were okay but a bit odd. Their tone and manner of speaking were off, there was no heater, and amenities were scarce.

Aircon works and the place is beachfront as advertised. However, bedding, toiletries, and kitchenware weren’t readily available—you had to ask for them. We arrived late and asked to extend a bit before checkout; the staff said it was fine as long as no guests came and we could use the outside cottages for free. No one told us we’d have to take out our stuff or that an extra fee would apply. No new guests arrived, so we were sure it was okay to extend without charge. Yet at checkout they charged an additional fee. The staff gave conflicting information.

I stayed at the hotel and noticed the water was salty, the air‑con wasn’t that cold, and there were no towels or blankets provided.
