The hotel provides free private parking, room service, and a terrace with countryside views, near Massy TGV Train Station and Paris-Orly Airport.

The room was spacious but empty; a couple of comfortable chairs and a coffee table would have made it feel more homely, especially for a solo business traveler. The room service offered no menu—one had to call and ask what was available, and the selection was very limited.

Like last year, the staff had to run around preparing presentations, clearing tables, polishing surfaces, and always keeping a smile so we could enjoy breakfast in peace. Pass the message that they deserve it. See you next year, Gilbert Dierick. The only downside was the lack of staff.
