The dinner, very clean rooms, and everyone was super friendly; the only downside might be the croissants at breakfast—an homemade cake would be better, but overall everything was excellent.

The property is well restored with attention to detail and its primary function; the pool, sufficiently isolated from the rooms, is large and includes a space for quick lunches or aperitifs, and the young owner, Mrs. Federica, is courteous, helpful, optimistic, and positive, meeting every guest’s requests and information needs; dinner is available with high‑quality ingredients, and there’s also a shop selling excellent local products such as olive oil and honey; the location is central to many beautiful and interesting places and very close to Assisi, Spello, Rasiglia, and other towns, all worth a day visit; the rooms are good in size, care, and very quiet, the bathrooms are good, and overall this is an excellent agriturismo with prices that are very reasonable for the quality offered.
