Check‑in was easy, the staff were friendly, and the property was very clean. Nothing else to note.

The place was very clean and the breakfast exceeded my expectations, especially the coffee. The room had a microwave and a refrigerator, and we used it as a base for visiting King’s Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. It was close to restaurants and an Arco gas station. The lighting was poor around the couch area, the refrigerator had no freezer, and there was only one small toaster for a dozen people at breakfast.
