Everything, the blankets were dirty and our room was looked into when we had the do not disturb sign on. The door was left open. Very dirty and unprofessional.

The location works great for both beach and city trips – the beach is a walk away and the city is a quick 20k Dong grab. The staff were accommodating and communication was smooth. A lock problem on the door was handled quickly and professionally. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a nice city view with a side view of the ocean. The only downside was that the larger rooms should include larger fridges since there is plenty of space.
