Breakfast was minimal with packaged items, but there were plenty of coffees and a machine available; a small table for breakfast or a corner near the bathroom with a hot plate or something to eat would be nice. The ZTL is active from 19:00, which really cuts down on passing traffic.

Everything is essential and well proportioned, with parking nearby, but the constant ringing of the bells—every fifteen minutes—was a bit annoying.

The place sits right in the historic center of San Benedetto and is within walking distance from the train station. I ended up in room 3 instead of the one I had booked, but that wasn’t a big deal. The furnishings are decent, and the little café bar in the room offers free water, coffee, and light snacks. The bed was too soft and only had a thin sheet on it; in late September nights can get chilly, so a proper duvet would have been welcome.
