The hotel feels like a well‑run, huge and cozy house, complete with a coffee machine, fridge, and even milk – something you rarely find in Italy – and a helpful reception that keeps you in the loop; the local visit manager made my arrival smooth, though I still wish the Wi‑Fi for codes and arrival times wasn’t a hassle, and the Italian 2‑prong power adaptors work fine, unlike the bulkier ones you might see elsewhere. The room is large, the bathroom is generous, and none of the fittings feel worn out, but I’m not a fan of having to rely on roaming data and the rigid arrival schedule.

The location is spot‑on, the bed is incredibly comfy, and the place feels very atmospheric, but the Winda ;) makes things a bit awkward.
