“Olyan volt amire számítottunk!”

It was in the city center, so close to everything, the breakfast selection was fine, there was a spot for a six‑person family even during peak season despite the breakfast area being small, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but because of the city center there is not enough parking, the accommodation couldn't provide one, on weekends public parking is impossible, the nearby underground garage is very expensive, and it would be good if discounted parking could be booked in the nearby garages.

“Correcte”

The stay was fine and we have nothing concrete to complain about; the hotel is well located near the center, has parking but the spots are limited and when we asked it was already full, so they offered us some alternatives, which we appreciate, and overall everything went well, although in our experience the level seemed a bit just for a four‑star hotel, and we would give it a 7.5 or an 8 out of 10 because the price seemed a bit high for what it offers.

The staff were very kind, the location was good, and the beds were comfortable, but this is not a four‑star hotel, more like a strong three‑star, neither the services, nor the breakfast, nor the dining room, nor the room itself; the towels were worn, almost torn in the room, the walls were thin, everything could be heard if the neighbor was showering or someone was talking on the hallway, the room had a heater but it could only be set centrally at reception, on the first day they gave water in hotel glass, there was a kv capsule but it wasn't refilled, only for an extra charge, there was no minibar or bar in the hotel, the breakfast was good but not a four‑star selection, the dining room was small, directly opening to the kitchen where you could see and hear every clatter, which was very disturbing during breakfast.

The staff were friendly, the room was pretty, neat, and tidy, the breakfast satisfied every need and the staff were outstanding, check‑in and check‑out were quick, but the location had dark streets (not the hotel’s fault) and there were few parking spots.

“Visszamennénk, nagyon jól éreztem magam!”

The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, and the hotel is close to the center and easy to find.
