We loved staying in this beautiful, modern, very clean and well‑equipped place with a lovely shared sitting room that had coffee/tea and cooking facilities, shared with just one other room so it was also ideal for a family group. Thoughtful touches like little cakes and good amenities were appreciated. It’s in a quiet but central part of the Marais. Catherine was so helpful with tips for the area and we appreciated being able to store our luggage there for an evening flight. We will definitely be back!

The location is great. Catherine was a great host. The living area was very nice and fully supplied. It was quiet. The access to the bathroom (up 5 steps – really more like a ladder) was awkward at best, making it impossible for anyone with mobility issues or a large person. This should be spelled out in the listing. Stairs could use a bannister for safety.

I was thrilled by the spot—right in the middle of Paris, close to everything, on a quiet street. The room was super comfy, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space to unwind. Catherine was a star—so helpful, friendly, and full of great tips. We even got a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks waiting in the room, plus a personal welcome and clear instructions from her. I’d definitely book again if the chance comes up. No complaints at all.

The place was fantastic, tucked away in a very quiet corner of the lively Marais, yet still easy to get around and close to the sights. Catherine made us feel right at home and ensured our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this spot.
