The facilities are exceptionally good, the private terrace is large, and the decor is thoughtful. The local 7‑11s were scarce when I stayed.

The owner is flexible with check‑in times and let us in at 13:00. The apartment is very close to the train station, bright, clean, and the kitchen has a kettle and coffee machine for breakfast; bring groceries because there’s no supermarket nearby and the area around the station isn’t very pleasant to walk around. Some streets lack light; use the main roads to get to and from the center at night.

The property is well‑situated for reaching Catania’s historic center, close to both the train and bus stations. The space is roomy and clean. Mrs. Maria is very friendly and helpful.
