The location was great with easy access to public transport and tube stations, a large supermarket right across, a TV in the room, and staff who were incredibly helpful and kind. However, the communal kitchen lacked crockery, cutlery, utensils, and saucepans, and there were no internal signs pointing to lifts or exits—only emergency exits were marked. On the bright side, I ended up doing a lot of extra steps.
