Clean rooms, but no shower curtain, only one key card for three of us, and no parking. I left my jacket in the room because the hanger was mounted near the ceiling. My son was flying back to school, yet the staff wouldn’t send my jacket to Daegu or help my son. I’ve stayed at many Brown Dot hotels and never again at this one.
The bedding, TV, and location were great. Check‑in was a bit late at 16:00, even though the room was ready – you could have had it earlier for 20 000 ₩.
“Cozy and Warm”
Check‑in was easy; they offered self‑check‑in but it wasn’t working, so I communicated with the staff who were lovely and polite. The room was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and well designed – perfect for a long‑term stay. It has everything needed for a short stay or holiday, so I couldn’t complain!
Everything needed was present, but the reception staff behaved oddly. We had a change of plans and booked one room type with two reservations, asking them to merge them. They always do that elsewhere, but here they refused and then demanded an extra night's fee just to merge the bookings. We had to leave and re‑enter. They moved us to a similar room, but Wi‑Fi didn’t work there. I don’t recommend it; the area isn’t noteworthy and there are no decent cafés nearby.
The dehumidifier, humidifier, mood lamp, steamer, air‑con, boiler, TV, and other appliances made the whole day comfortable. The only downside was seeing cigarette scorch marks on the bathtub in the room I stayed in, which was a bit unpleasant. Otherwise I’m satisfied with everything.
