The location is great, there’s a nice pool where you can jump straight from the apartment into the garden, a lovely quiet garden with plenty of outdoor seating spots, and the apartment itself has nothing missing. However, the room facilities were very old, the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable, mold was in the shower, the toilets were broken, and even though the outdoor garden was nice we suffered from a severe mosquito infestation.

We spent two wonderful days in House 41! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation is great, the beds cozy, there’s a terrace for outside seating, and the sunny pool is an absolute highlight. A small supermarket is just around the corner, and other supermarkets are nearby. Parking is available on the street. Getting to the old town is easy by bus, metro or Bolt (very cheap and fast). I highly recommend this place if you want to explore Tiflis. 🇬🇪

The house is cozy and charming, with a beautiful, quiet courtyard, a relaxing outdoor seating area, and a swimming pool. Everything you need is there, it’s clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bed is very comfy and we slept well every night of our vacation. The hosts are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, always ready to assist and make us feel welcome. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood, close to a bus stop and about a 15‑minute walk from the metro station.

The garden is very pretty and cozy, the hosts are friendly. There’s a supermarket nearby. The house has all the conveniences and an air‑conditioner. The separate beds were moved, but it wasn’t very convenient. In the evening, mosquitoes bite hard in the courtyard; better bring some spray.

Thank you so much for your hospitality! We truly enjoyed our stay. I was traveling with my son, and everything was wonderful. The house was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The hosts were kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the lovely yard and the pool — a perfect place to relax. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get to different attractions and places around the area. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
