It’s not far from the Ubay port, within walking distance to a very tasty authentic Japanese restaurant, and transport is easy to access. They provide water refill right by the building hall. I liked that they use a quilt for the blanket but don’t put a cover on it—unsure if that’s a pro or a con. They don’t ask for identification during check‑in; just fill out the form, that’s it, which is pretty crazy. The downside was that there was no notice that the area was under renovation or that work was in progress due to building expansion, so there was noise from machinery, people coming and going, holes on many corners leading to the rooms, dust, and the area smelled like cement and rust.
