The location is close to the beach, but the staff said my booking wasn't on their list; after showing the reservation and waiting a long time for the owner to check by phone, he confirmed it but added an extra fee for an AC room even though we had booked one. The room was quite dirty and the AC didn't cool properly (it ran but wasn't cool enough, needs service).
