Some front‑desk staff were extremely rude and unaccommodating, refusing to help even when we asked politely; the room was extremely humid, paint was peeling from the walls, and a sensor on the door tracked our comings and goings.

The location was convenient to the airport, but there was no place to sit outdoors.

The bed and pillows were fine, but the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy, the nightlight on the hairdryer didn’t work, and one drape wasn’t functioning.
