The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Though small, it had all the essentials. The historic palace, tastefully renovated, was enriched with many historical, cultural, and traditional elements that made the holiday even more interesting. During that period, the town had already started adopting winter habits despite the sunshine and heat, but that had nothing to do with Giusy, the exquisite and very kind host who did everything to revive the beautiful Briatico.

The accommodation is about a 13‑minute walk from the train station, close to the center and a Conad supermarket, and the quiet beach is roughly a 15‑minute walk away. The owners were very nice. Unfortunately, there is no kitchen or coffee machine, only a fridge in the room, and the space was too small for two suitcases.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Briatico and a 10‑minute walk from the sea. The room was very comfortable, and Giusy was incredibly sweet, having the room ready for us even though check‑in was later. The bathroom lacked a bidet (replaced by a shower), which was a bit inconvenient for us as we’re not used to it.
