The restaurant’s menu selection was lacking.
The bed was super comfy and the view was breathtaking; the AC worked flawlessly and the bathroom looked tidy. However, there was no smart TV and the breakfast was just average, while the dinner fell short of expectations. For the price I felt the quality was lacking, especially after discovering the jacuzzi was dirty inside. My daughter had a scare at the indoor playground when she slipped through the top part of the play area—there should be a warning sign or the whole thing should be removed. Overall, I’d recommend going elsewhere; the place I stayed at in Prizren cost less than half and was far better.

We stopped at the hotel for one night on our route from Albania to North Macedonia, and it was excellent. The breakfast was wonderful. Nothing to add.
The location was very quiet, the staff friendly, and the facilities and leisure options were exceptionally good.
Everything was amazing! My fiancé and I adored our stay; the staff was fantastic and always checked on us. Our room was spotless and cozy, and the balcony view was stunning. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!
