The owner was wonderful, the rooms were spotless, and her homemade kitchen was fantastic—thanks for everything, and I definitely want to come back.

A truly excellent little hotel, built recently so everything is brand new, clean, beautiful, and convenient. It sits in a peaceful spot, free from crowds and constant music. If you enjoy noise and parties, you might prefer New Gudauri, but this place is perfect for those who value calm and silence. Restaurants, shops, and rentals are all nearby. The hotel is ideal for skiers, with the ski slope just 50 meters away and a rental shop in the adjacent building offering good prices. I had a wonderful room with a balcony and an amazing mountain view. The real treasure, however, is the owners—wonderful people who show great care and attention to guests. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious. I loved everything and will gladly stay here again when I can.
