The location was super convenient, right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore sights or grab a bite. Breakfast was quite generous, and the cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. The staff supplied plenty of travel tips that made the trip smoother. Messages were answered quickly, English communication was flawless, and overall service left me very satisfied—definitely a place to recommend!

Probably one of the cleanest and most comfortable spots I've been to in Thailand so far; the room was very nice and welcoming, everything was spotless and well organized, and the location was perfect; I stayed in the family room and had no complaints.

The location was great, right across from one of the ancient sites, and the room was clean, but it didn't feel very cosy, though it was fine for a layover while traveling.

The spot was central, next to the main sights, and the manager was quick to respond to messages; we could use the washing machine, which was appreciated. However, the room had several issues: the faucet was loose and not fixed, the fridge stopped working once the key card was removed so we had no cold water when we returned from the bathroom, the shower water flow varied creating jets that were quite annoying, and there were two steps down to reach the bathroom, posing a fall risk. Overall, I think the price is too high for what was offered; at the same price I booked a 4* in Ao Nang, a very touristy beach town.
