The staff here really made my stay, they were super friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to get me a SIM card. The hotel's a great base for exploring, and the kitchen upstairs with free coffee and tea is a nice touch. Plus, it's ridiculously close to the airport, which was a lifesaver after a long flight.

The location of this hotel is seriously misleading - it's right in the heart of the city, but the property itself is a bit of a trek from the main street. I was expecting to be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants, but it turned out to be a 10-minute taxi ride. To make matters worse, I had a bit of a nightmare when I arrived - it turned out that I'd been double-booked, and I had to spend an hour sorting it out with the staff.

I was really impressed with the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was a great size and the secure parking was a big plus. However, the bathroom was a bit of a letdown - the shower didn't have a proper holder, so water would spray everywhere, including the area where you hang your towel, making it a bit of a mess.
