Everyone on staff was generally friendly, yet the property itself was rundown—my room was dirty, the couch had stains, drawers were broken, doors were dented, and the place wasn’t well maintained; I could hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms and I expected better.

This chain is the worst I’ve ever stayed at; they actually charge for keeping a window open, claim dogs are welcome but they’re not, and they provide no cooking or drinking supplies. Plus, nothing is available before 11:00, after 7:00, or on Sundays, and you’ll be locked out repeatedly because key cards deactivate. Another hotel would be worth paying $50 more. Additionally, everything could have been better, and I hate getting phone calls from 100 miles away saying the hotel staff let my dog out of the room even though the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on, especially when the staff can’t read English.
