The staff were very helpful and the location is convenient, but the room and bathroom weren't cleaned before we arrived, as if they hadn't been opened in a month. We got one half of a suite, and later that night we discovered another guest was using the other half; the shared door was closed but we could hear them and they could hear us. The photos looked great but were probably of the superior rooms.

The AC was broken this time and the room was very small; I had stayed here once before and liked it then, but this room didn't meet my expectations.

The property was cozy with plenty of greenery, yet it looked very old and dirty. It sits on a sideway off the highway, making public transport hard to reach. The staff communication was the worst; they treated you with utmost disrespect and blamed you for their misunderstandings.
