I didn't like anything about this hotel—it is the worst hotel ever in Galveston, Texas, and I repeat: do not stay here at all.

A lot of construction around the hotel made getting in and out a pain, and the breakfast was awful—just a box of honey buns and terrible coffee. At check‑out yesterday morning I told the front‑desk lady that I’d fallen in the shower and suggested installing safety rails; she just told me I should have booked a handy‑cap room and didn’t ask if I was okay. The breakfast was still bad, the housekeeping office never cleaned the towels, and the garbage was a mess—no safety rails in the bathroom at all.
