The staff’s service was very good, the pool water was warm, and the hotel is in a very central spot that lets you reach various tourist sites easily. If you forget something, you can go to the shop and find everything from water to clothes and swimsuits.

The breakfast was really good, but at one point the receptionist was rude and arrogant. The young man who greeted us and escorted us to our room was very friendly. The walk through the “elves forest” left a lot to be desired; the ad showed an animated path, yet we saw none of that, just the presenters and a very bad sound that was barely audible. When we returned, they promised “Hermes‑style” fire pits for roasting, but there were only two stalls and one of them was the coffee that was included in the price, and there was no bonfire at all. Overall, everything could use a little improvement, especially from the receptionist’s welcome.

The room and gardens were very clean and comfortable, and the pool was at a pleasant temperature. I couldn’t pay by card because the system seemed to have a glitch at that moment, a minor inconvenience, but I was lucky to have cash on hand.
