Location. The room was different from the photos at booking, dirty, cold, cramped, the tiny bathroom had mold, the bedding smelled like mildew, and the mattresses were very hard. I knew it wouldn’t be great, but I didn’t expect it to be so bad. I hope I’ll forget it quickly.

The food was good and the staff were friendly, but the place felt like a shelter and the room décor and bathroom were a bit old‑fashioned.

The wool blankets were great for when the temperature dropped; we used them and they worked wonderfully.
