The room was clean, the staff were very professional and friendly, and the location was very convenient for heading into town because a tram stop is 20 metres away and then the Portello is walkable with all the shops there.

The staff were helpful, but the building is very dated and needs renovation; we managed for two days, but it’s an old hotel and breakfast was a bit lacking for the two nights.
