The place was absolutely amazing, with beautiful views and a quiet, clean room; the breakfast was tasty, and owner Channa was kind and helpful, arranging a car to Mirissa at a good price – highly recommend. Nothing was wrong at all!

The staff were friendly, the bedding comfortable, the bathroom pleasant, and breakfast very good. However, you have to climb steep stairs to get to the top, which is inconvenient; there is no air‑conditioning, only a fan, so it can get hot, and the hotel is under renovation, so don’t expect to nap in the afternoon.

The room was dirty and smelled strongly of dampness after dinner; the toilet cistern didn’t work, the water was boiling, and you couldn’t shower for 30 minutes, only a little lukewarm water came out – it was awful.

The hotel was clean and comfortable for the price, no air‑conditioning but it stayed cool enough, the shower had hot water, the shower room and toilet were renovated and tidy, and the view from the hotel was beautiful. It’s close to the station and the city center, and the staff were very kind, preparing breakfast boxes for early departures and helping with luggage on the steep slope in front of the hotel – a memorable gesture. The only downside was that the room didn’t have a trash bin, the terrace view was slightly marred by construction, and the slope in front of the hotel was very slippery when it rained, so it’s better to take a TukTuk up.

Breakfast was fine. The building is under construction, so the terrace is closed. The room is very small with many chairs and little space for suitcases, and it’s very dark. The TV that’s mentioned is in a dark common lounge, so it may not work. The slope up to the accommodation is quite steep.
